Role: Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: Maidstone office based
Hours: 35 hours per week Mon-Fri
Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE + benefits

As Head of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for driving the Group's sales and marketing strategy, aligning both functions to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role combines the responsibilities of both the sales and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales data and marketing metrics.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and encourage collaboration across departments.
