I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join an exceptional business, who are expanding due to growth and success.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
Day to day life as a HR Administrator –
- Deliver HR administrative support to both clients and the business.
- Involvement within recruitment and the onboarding process of new starters.
- Tracking training and organising any refreshments that need to be conducted.
- Communicating correspondence of letters regarding contracts, dismissals, meetings and pay.
- Monitor absences, sickness and timekeeping of employees.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox.
Requirements for the role of a HR Administrator –
- Previous experience in Microsoft and Office packages.
- Strong IT Skills
- Attention to detail.
- Time management and organisation skills.
- Comfortable and professional in difficult situations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Healthcare industry.
Benefits / Extra information for the HR Administrator role –
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00
- Up to £26,500 Annual salary DOE.
- 21 days + bank holidays annual leave.
- Free parking.
- Full Time Office role.
