THE ROLE

Work with, and recruit for, some of the world's leading organisations and brands
Develop client relationships and win new business.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.
Build a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles.
Ensure a great client and candidate experience and stay updated on industry trends.
Track and report recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.

THE CANDIDATE

Successful candidates will either demonstrate previous recruitment experience or experience working in a proven sales background. We are looking for individuals who are driven, thrive off busy environments and are passionate for success.
