Location: Maidstone + travel around Kent and Sussex
Salary: £36,400 to £41,600 per annum DOE + overtime
Hours: 40 hours per week Mon-Fri, mix of days and nights. Weekend overtime available.
My client is looking to add a number of Team Leaders to their team to work on a portfolio of rail drainage and civils projects across the Kent and Sussex regions for a number of main contractors, including a 10 year framework for Network Rail. You will be supporting the Site Supervisors with overseeing and motivating teams of up to 20 on site, and filling out site paperwork such as WPP's and Task Briefing Sheets.

Requirements:
·PTS and COSS essential
