Managing diaries and scheduling appointments, meeting and greeting clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Audiotyping and managing general correspondence along with preparing and handling various legal documents. Submitting searches and handling telephone queries from clients and third parties. Exceptionally organisational skills required.
