Fulfilment Assistant
Reed is working exclusively with a Maidstone client, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where excellence and innovation are at the forefront of our sector. We are seeking a dedicated Fulfilment Assistant to contribute to our financial operations and ensure seamless processing of sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, process, and allocate daily sales receipts.
- Update available credit in the ordering system.
- Manage weekly merchant journals and bulk allocations.
- Monitor the accounts inbox and create cases in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Resolve Tier 2 customer queries via phone and email.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve timely month-end closure.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, including:
- Downloading and dispatching sales invoices to customers by email.
- Uploading sales invoices via customer portals, e.g., Ariba.
- Providing bespoke customer care.
- Handling Certificates of Residence applications.
- Assisting with auditor enquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including information security.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Manage filing and archiving tasks.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Relevant and demonstrable experience in the full range of sales ledger processes.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work with accuracy.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating and editing formulas, sorting cell ranges, creating pivot tables and charts, and linking data.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on, flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
Desirable:
- Level 3 AAT qualification or equivalent/qualified by experience.
- A second European language would be advantageous.
