Sonic Summary

Our client based in Banstead is seeking a talented and experienced salesperson to join their franchise team.
The position requires a minimum of 1 year of sales experience and offers a basic salary of £20,000 with on-target earnings of £35,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with Saturdays from 9am to 4pm on a rota basis.
Key responsibilities include generating property applicants, responding to inquiries, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers while meeting sales targets.
The role offers excellent training, career progression opportunities, and a car allowance.

Our client based in Banstead is looking for talented and experienced sales person to join their team.

Area: Banstead, Surrey

Company Type: Franchise

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm (Sat 9am – 4pm) 5 day week.

You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. When working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu.

Tasks

Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
Arrange and conduct viewings
Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
