Senior FP&A Analyst

Your new companyCurrently working with a well-known insurance company to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to support their continued growth. The role requires 1 day per week in the Maidstone office and occasional travel to London.Your new roleThe Senior FP&A Analyst role is to support the Head of FP&A to manage the planning, reporting and analysis for the business. You will be responsible for:

• Providing greater insight into drivers of business performance, identifying associated risks and opportunities
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis and reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Process improvements and implementation
• Financial analysis
• Supporting strategic decisions and initiatives

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will be fully qualified from Big 4 or Top 10 with audit and transactions experience, looking to take your first step into industry.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £70,000 + benefits + bonus.
