We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Estimator to join a well-established construction company specializing in interior fit-outs for commercial and high-end residential projects.
Due to a strong client base and continued business growth through reputation and competitive tendering, our Estimating Department is seeking a motivated individual to join the team on a permanent basis. This role involves assisting experienced Estimators while gaining hands-on training and industry knowledge.
While some commercial experience is beneficial, the ideal candidate will be numerate, proactive, a good listener, and adept at building strong relationships both internally and with clients and suppliers.
With full support and training and a salary up to 25k, depending on experience, this role offers excellent prospects for career growth in a supportive environment.
