A leading Health & Safety contractor, renowned for its quality-driven approach and commitment to excellence, is expanding its team. We're seeking a skilled Health & Safety Consultant to join our team and provide expert consultancy services across the West Sussex & Kent regions.
In this role, you will work directly with clients in the construction sector, helping them navigate their journey to safety compliance. You'll take the time to understand their specific needs, offering tailored advice and practical solutions, while empowering them with the skills and knowledge to manage their own Health & Safety practices effectively.
As part of our team, you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary and work schedules, ensuring a healthy balance between your professional commitments and personal life. You'll be encouraged to take a personalized approach to client interactions, adapting to each client’s unique requirements.
Key Experience for the Health & Safety Consultant Role:
- Previous experience in a Health & Safety role (Advisor, Consultant, or similar)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) highly desirable
- Ability to adapt to diverse client needs, offering customized support
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality, client-focused services
