Registered Nurse (RGN) responsibilities:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Delivering care plans for patients
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitoring vital signs
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Carrying out assessments and blood tests
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Observing patients condition and recording information
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Administering medications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Communicating with patients and their families
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
What Nurseplus requires from a Registered Nurse?
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Current and unrestricted NMC Registration
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 6 months UK based paid experience
