Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional care? Howard Finley Care are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our clients team in a supportive and friendly nursing home, working within their Residential Suite.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
  • Experience: Proven ability to safely administer medication and competence in doing so.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to lead and support a team.
  • A genuine commitment to ensuring the well-being and dignity of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality care to residents within the residential suite.
  • Administer and manage medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
  • Support and mentor care assistants, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the wider care team.
  • Ensure care plans are up-to-date and reflect the changing needs of residents.
