Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (Dependant on Experience)
Contract: Full-time
Location: Remote (Kent) with travel to sites when needed
Important: Full/clean driving licence (AES vehicle provided)
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Air Tester who will work with us to continue the growth and development of our team in the South East of England.
AES ompliance & Testing Ltd are best known for air tightness testing in the new build sector, we also offer other on-site services including sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, Veritherm and thermography surveys in the residential, non-residential and existing building sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Essential:
- Always display a professional attitude demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
- Travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations
- Focus on tasks assigned and manage workload effectively and independently
- Be an active member of the team, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge
- Take a proactive approach to learning and development
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to cover Kent and surrounding areas
- Be an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer, with an ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
- Hold a full/clean driving license
