Key Responsibilities:

Teaching Excellence:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of engineering courses.
- Work with students of varying abilities, including Level 3 courses.
- Collaborate with awarding bodies to ensure high-quality education.

Curriculum Development:
- Assist the Curriculum Manager in shaping the engineering curriculum.
- Contribute to departmental expansion and development.

Promotion and Marketing:
- Participate in marketing events to attract prospective students.
- Champion engineering programs within the college.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven teaching experience or relevant industry background.
- Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
- Qualified FE teacher (or willingness to work toward qualification).
- Clear communication skills for effective teaching and presentations.
- Efficient administration abilities for student record keeping.
