About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to enhance learning.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
- Gain hands-on experience in a school setting while developing essential skills.
- Receive ongoing training and mentoring to prepare for a long-term role in education.
About You:
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Are eager to learn and committed to professional growth.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred but not essential).
- Are proactive, patient, and adaptable.
