Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Psychology Graduate to work at a secondary school in the Maidstone area supporting a student with SEN. This role has the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. The daily rate will be between £83.33 and £100 depending on experience.

The Role:

  • Work on a 1-1 basis with a student who needs additional support within the school day
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual students needs
  • Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Psychology Degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
  • Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
