Are you a Psychology Graduate with a passion for education and a desire to support students in their academic journey? If so, look no further! Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Psychology Graduate to work at a secondary school in the Maidstone area supporting a student with SEN. This role has the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. The daily rate will be between £83.33 and £100 depending on experience.
The Role:
- Work on a 1-1 basis with a student who needs additional support within the school day
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Conduct assessments to identify individual students needs
- Support the emotional well-being and academic success of the student
Requirements:
- Must hold a Psychology Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of the student
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing demands of the role
- Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Legal right to work in the UK
