About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Psychology Graduate to work in a dynamic educational environment. This role is designed for someone eager to make a meaningful impact on young learners, particularly those with additional needs while gaining valuable hands-on experience in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 and Group Learning Support: Work directly with students, offering tailored support to help them understand key concepts and stay engaged with their studies.
  • SEN Assistance: Provide specialised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
  • Behavioural and Emotional Support: Use your psychology background to help students manage behaviour and emotional challenges, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with classroom teachers to deliver inclusive and effective lessons, adapting resources and strategies to suit each student's individual needs.
