About the Role

We are seeking motivated and compassionate psychology graduates interested in an educational support role. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your psychology background in a practical setting, working with students who have a variety of needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their potential.
  • Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Use your understanding of psychological principles to support the emotional, social, and academic development of students.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to develop strategies tailored to individual student needs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in psychology or a related field.
  • A genuine interest in working with children or young people in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
