About the Role
We are seeking motivated and compassionate psychology graduates interested in an educational support role. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your psychology background in a practical setting, working with students who have a variety of needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their potential.
- Assist teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Use your understanding of psychological principles to support the emotional, social, and academic development of students.
- Work collaboratively with staff to develop strategies tailored to individual student needs.
Requirements:
- A degree in psychology or a related field.
- A genuine interest in working with children or young people in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
