Reed HR have partnered with a fantastic organisation in Kent who as they continue to grow dynamically, they are looking for an organised and methodical HR Advisor to enhance the team. This role reports to the Operations Director and Head of Finance and offers a chance to be part of a rapidly expanding company known for its quality and agility.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Post and monitor job adverts across various platforms.
  • Review CVs and liaise with senior management regarding candidate selection.
  • Organise the interview process, including scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Manage job offers and employment contracts.
  • Liaise with the third-party HR consultant to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support senior management with employment-related queries and procedures.
  • Participate in the wellness committee and monitor performance appraisals.
  • Handle general HR administration duties, such as maintaining up-to-date employee records.
  • Manage HR processes including joiner and leaver processes, maternity/paternity leave, sickness, contract changes (e.g., promotions, flexible working, salary increases), and other employment-related adjustments.
  • Administer timesheets and manage payroll-related queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HR systems and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
