I am seeking a senior HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of HR administration experience, who is driven, enthusiastic, and has a passion for learning and delivering best practice to a gold standard.

Day to Day of the Senior HR Administartor

  • Provide full admin and support for clients, working closely with HR Advisors and HR Directors.
  • Manage client inboxes, uploading tasks, and maintaining documentation and reporting.
  • Offer support in all aspects of admin for teams, in liaison with senior HR staff.
  • Handle phone calls, speaking with clients about admin issues, and ensuring accurate activity logging.
  • Generate monthly and end-of-year client reports.
  • Expand your knowledge of in-depth admin and HR legislation.
  • Set a positive example for the team, especially for those less experienced.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Senior HR Administartor

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous HR Administrator experience or similar.
  • Proficient in IT, email, word, and excel skills, with good written English.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a great telephone manner.
  • An interest in people and a keenness to continue learning.
  • Experienced with HR admin processes and general commercial awareness.
  • CIPD qualifications or equivalent degree advantageous.
  • Team player with a desire to always deliver best practice.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
