Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - £525 PD - Outside IR 35 - RemoteOur trusted partner is hiring a Senior BI Developer who has a strong understanding of Data Warehousing Architecture, AI/ML tooling and domain experience of NHS data to join a small team who operate remotely within the UK. The chosen candidate will have proven hands on experience in SQL, PowerBI, T-SQL, R or Python coupled with exceptional leadership and communication capabilities. This is a rolling 3-6 month contract opportunity paying a circa of £525 per day outside IR 35 to start ASAP on a remote basis. Core responsibilities:
  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognising and capitalising on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organisational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • You will be providing leadership to teams and collaborating with senior management to manage resources, time-lines, and expectations for deliverables. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
Core technical expertise:
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing architecture, AI & ML tools and experience of working with NHS data is essential.
  • Experience of using advanced computer software to create complex statistical queries / data models (e.g., Simul8, SQL, MS Excel) is essential.
  • Experience of providing self-service tools using products like PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView and able to support such a development is essential
  • Ability to provide high-quality information, analytical interpretation, and intelligent modelling along with technical knowledge of SQL and Power BI is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience of dealing directly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is essential.
