Position Overview:

They are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant (BDM) to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for their Managed IT Services Outsourced Solutions. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and potential clients through networking, research, and lead generation activities.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, IT needs, and goals. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best-suited solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized managed IT service solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Ensure a seamless and efficient sales process, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all service-related inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including technical experts, project managers, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or consulting within the managed IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and other related technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
