Our client is seeking a contract 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3-month assignment with potential for renewal.
The role offers hybrid working arrangements and requires recent hands-on experience in a fast-paced technical support environment.
Candidates should have skills in Intune, a good Microsoft background, MDM, and BYOD, with ServiceNow experience being desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a personal commitment to quality and customer service.
The salary is competitive, and applicants should have relevant experience to be considered for the position.

2nd Line Support

Our client is looking for a contract 2nd Line Support Engineer for an initial 3 month contract assignment, with a view to renew therafter. The role is to start ASAP and will be Hybrid working.

Recent hands-on experience within a fast paced technical support environment.

Good Microsoft background

ServiceNow (Desirable)
