Key skills/experience
- Setting up User and Accounts and Admin
- Documentation
- Looking at the processes to see where improvements can be made
- Active DirectoryÂ
- Mobile Device Management
- Telephony experienceÂ
- Desktop – creation of images through imaging software/software roll out
- Citrix - Netscaler
- AV – take control of updates and installations
- Working alongside the IT manager to ensure support tickets are meeting SLAs.
- Network - some works may involve working alongside the server administrator where responsibilities overlap
