The company: A well-established British designer and producer of audio products sold globally
Main duties: To deliver technical support to customers providing outstanding service
The role:- Respond to enquiries via email, phone and live chat- Provide product support to customers and distributors- Deliver technical troubleshooting- Be responsible for returns and following up accordingly- Provide purchase support- Liaise with internal departments ensuring support to customers is maintained at a high standard- Engage in professional development as required
The candidate:- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential- Fluency in an additional language a bonus- Experience in technical or product support needed - Great customer service experience (B2C) within the electrical field preferred- Excellent communication skills- High attention to detail with good problem-solving skills- Car owner due to location of client
The salary: £32,000 per annum plus bonus
