We’re excited to recruit for this newly created role of Data Quality and Governance Lead at Golding where you’ll be able to play a part in establishing and owning our data governance framework and acting as the subject matter expert in data quality and information governance.

What you'll be doing???

You’ll establish, own, and continually improve Golding’s data governance framework.

You’ll lead specific projects around data quality and integrity, and be hands on in driving business as usual activities, identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing to ensure successful outcomes.

Leading data quality audits you’ll act as single contact for coordination and ensure that clear reports are provided on key data quality metrics and performance indicators.

Ensuring activity supports the wider data strategy, you’ll deliver regular updates, presentations, and training to senior stakeholders.

You’ll engage and inspire colleagues towards complying with the data governance framework and will continually review and improve policies and procedures, training, guidance, communications, and activity to ensure that all practical measures are taken to remain compliant with the framework.

More about you. What can you bring????

You’ll have significant experience of project managing data & information improvement projects as well as experience of implementing change successfully, including the delivery of training.

Experience of developing and managing data governance frameworks, writing policies and procedures and of implementing change successfully are key to this position.

With excellent knowledge of data, information management and data governance principles you’ll have an excellent understanding of the different types of data & information, including open and public data, administrative, corporate, and personal data.

You'll also have the ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £52,000.???
