- Salary up to £85k + Benefits
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of project plans and co-ordination of project resources
- Manage the overall project delivery plan, including internal and partner deliverables, ensuring visibility of progress and key risks to all stakeholders
- Track progress against the plan. Identify, manage, and propose mitigations to project risks and issues using risk and RAID logs
- Produce weekly tracker on progress vs. plan, including developing ‘Get to Green’ plans where necessary
- Develop and maintain an effective status management process and regularly report progress to the Stakeholders, including the presentation of project status updates in Steering Meetings
- Chair the weekly PMO meeting with the vendor and workstream leads
- Lead the internal project team and be the key escalation point between the internal project team and the vendor
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the deliverables from the vendor including that all solutions are thoroughly tested
- Define robust processes for user acceptance testing, ensuring full business approval prior to go-live
- During application implementation, provide project management for data migration and conversion services, on-site support, documentation, and training
- Develop and execute the system cutover planning
- Ensure releases of software are planned and executed in line with the business / project demands.
- 10+ Years of demonstrable experience in project management, including implementing multiple different ERP systems in a multi site fashion, ideally in a Food/FMCG environment (or similar)
- Experience managing complex projects with various interdependencies, ensuring all internal and external teams are aligned and working towards the same end goal, as well as managing upwards
- Significant prior experience in addressing both the business and IT activities associated with an ERP project, including: Test plan development, Business and system implementation planning and execution, Organisational Change Management and readiness experience
- Adept at balancing multiple priorities and requirements in a complex business environment. Hands on, analytical & organised approach to understanding challenges & recommending solutions
- Strong communication skills, enabling alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels within a commercial environment with the ability to interpret complex requirements
