1st/2nd Line Support - Maidstone - Inside IR35 - on Site 

 

IT Support - Laptop Deployment Our client is looking for an IT Support contractor to assist in a Laptop Build and deployment. The role will be initially 3 months with a view to extend thereafter. Inside IR35 5 days per week on site Key skills/experience Previous experience with a Laptop build & rollout Microsoft or IBM Certified Professional Knowledge of networking and network protocols for basic connectivity testing Knowledge of Information Governance and Security and confidentiality issues An understanding of the work undertaken by standards bodies such as BSI, CEN, ISO and W3C Familiarity with web-based data management A good understanding of computers including hardware, networking and Microsoft software environments Experience of working in an IT helpdesk environment Self starter & motivated Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Customer service driven Full car driving licence
