- Provide 1st line support to staff across all offices, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of IT systems, including virtual servers, networking, and devices.
- Monitor and support email systems and ensure IT best practices are adhered to.
- Maintain the internal helpdesk, logging calls and tracking resolutions.
- Support the IT Manager with projects and liaise with third-party suppliers.
- GCSE-level education or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of hardware, networking, and IT systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills.
- Previous IT experience in a professional services environment and knowledge of SQL/Active Directory/Office 365 are advantageous but not essential.
