Job Title: IT Technician - Up to £30K - East Kent with Travel Across Kent and Outer London

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure in multiple schools.
  • Administer servers, cloud services, and networks to ensure smooth school operations.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues via a fault-logging system.
  • Assist school staff with Microsoft and Apple technologies.
  • Manage Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Perform network diagnostics, implement software deployments, and manage backups.
  • Support teachers and students in maximizing the use of IT in education.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Server software, Windows, and Office products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra, and M365 platforms.
  • Experience in network infrastructure diagnostics and MSI software deployment.
  • Apple product knowledge is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff at all levels.
  • Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Willingness to travel across Kent and outer London.
