Job Title: IT Technician - Up to £30K - East Kent with Travel Across Kent and Outer London
Location: East Kent (with travel across East Kent and outer London)

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic IT solutions company, offering exciting opportunities to join a dedicated team supporting schools across Kent and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure in multiple schools.
- Administer servers, cloud services, and networks to ensure smooth school operations.
- Troubleshoot IT issues via a fault-logging system.
- Assist school staff with Microsoft and Apple technologies.
- Manage Microsoft Intune, M365, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Perform network diagnostics, implement software deployments, and manage backups.
- Support teachers and students in maximizing the use of IT in education.
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Server software, Windows, and Office products.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra, and M365 platforms.
- Experience in network infrastructure diagnostics and MSI software deployment.
- Apple product knowledge is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff at all levels.
- Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle (essential).
- Willingness to travel across Kent and outer London.
