A fast-growing IT services provider is seeking a Junior IT Technician to support multiple schools across Kent, Surrey, and South London. In this role, you will be the go-to problem-solver for teachers and students, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1st & 2nd Line Support
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to keep classrooms running.
  • Windows AD & Azure AD
    • Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and domain infrastructures.
  • Device & MDM Management
    • Configure iPads, oversee Google Workspace, and work with MDM solutions.
  • MIS Support
    • Provide assistance with Management Information Systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Scholarpack.
  • System Deployment & Maintenance
    • Build images, install software, and handle upgrades across multiple sites.
  • Inventory Management
    • Keep accurate records of hardware, software, and licenses.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of IT support experience
  • Experience in a school or educational environment
  • Full UK Driving Licence + Car (travel required)
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Windows AD and Azure AD
  • Familiarity with MDM systems, iPads, and Google Workspace
  • Working knowledge of MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, Scholarpack)
