A manufacturing company in Medway Towns is seeking Light Assembly Operatives for temporary positions with potential for permanent employment.
Candidates should be able to handle small parts and perform light mechanical assembly, with previous experience in hand soldering/assembly being advantageous but not required.
Successful applicants will possess good communication skills, the ability to follow written instructions, and be team-oriented.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, rotating between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, totaling 39 hours per week.
The salary is not specified, but permanent employees will receive benefits including 24 days of annual leave, a company pension, and bonus schemes.

We are currently recruiting Light Assembly Operatives for a long established manufacturing company based in Medway Towns.

These are temporary positions however there may be opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates.

You must be able to handle small parts and carry out light mechanical assembly. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. Ideally you will have experience of hand soldering/assembly.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills, be able to follow written instructions and be a team player.

You will be working a shift pattern of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday - Friday rotating each week, with a slightly early finish on a Friday, 39 hours per week.
