Barker Munro Recruitment is excited to be resourcing an experienced Claims Technician for a highly successful, home based, Claims Team for a well-known Loss Adjuster.
Acting as first point of contact for our clients and their customers, you'll support them with any queries, whilst achieving key milestones by maintaining a robust diary system. You'll recommend payments, produce client reports & letters, and liaise with contractors and other external suppliers to achieve the most efficient outcome.
Using your claims experience, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience through pro-active management of subsidence claims which you'll manage to conclusion. You will receive first class training on this niche insurance risk.
We are seeking candidates with Claims experience dealing with any insurance risk. You will be happy to work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters` Cert CILA qualification which the company will fully fund. You should be customer focussed, organised and hard working. Applicants should have good communication and negotiation skills and can deal with demanding customers in a sympathetic but firm manner over the telephone if required.
