About the Role:
We are seeking a Complaint Handler with a legal background to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to handle client complaints while developing your skills in debt recovery. Once you've received training and are confident with complaint handling, your responsibilities will expand to include debt recovery tasks, providing a varied and dynamic workload.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with dissatisfied clients to understand and address their concerns
- Conducting thorough complaint investigations, gathering information from multiple sources
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external bodies, such as the Legal Ombudsman
- Providing fair and impartial resolutions, making recommendations to uphold or refute complaints
- Writing high-quality letters to clients, addressing their concerns comprehensively and clearly
- Ensuring all complaints are handled promptly and in line with regulatory timeframes
- Identifying root causes of complaints and suggesting improvements to enhance the client experience

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A legal background with experience across various legal departments
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience with Partner 4 Windows (desirable but not essential)
