Insurance Executive

Barker Munro Recruitment is excited to help a leading broker with their expansion plans. We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in Maidstone. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £65,000 plus generous benefits package.

We need someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a natural curiosity for business and experience in developing new business within the insurance industry, this could be a great opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll be based in Maidstone and expected to be onsite for 2-3 days per week on average. With support from the business, you'll be responsible for developing new business and community links through targeted marketing strategies. Your business acumen will be key in ensuring the best outcomes for our clients and meeting client retention targets through exceptional service.

We're looking for candidates with commercial insurance experience and the ability to build and manage a pipeline of SME to Mid corporate risks. Strong negotiation and commercial broking skills are a must. CII Certification would be advantageous, or a willingness to work towards it is desirable.
