Mortgage Administrator

(THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE - FLEXIBLE TO SUIT THE CANDIDATE)

We are excited to be working with a Mortgage Brokerage, who are looking for an Administrator to work alongside the current members of the business.

The role will cover working within residential and buy to let mortgages, short term lending and commercial lending divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

路 Support to Specialist Consultants, in the processing of specialist lending applications

路 Call handling and monitoring as part of the team

路 Providing support to routine administrative tasks, including data inputting and processing

路 Assisting correspondence between the sales team and introducers

路 Managing a busy inbox of external referrals for new enquiries and responding in a timely and appropriate manner

路 Liaising with lenders and third parties on behalf of the consultants

路 Booking appointments and managing the diary of the colleagues when requested

路 Undertaking basic administrative duties across the business

Skills / experience required:

路 Motivated and focused self-starter who has the ability to learn new skills quickly

路 Strong organisational and communication skills

路 Detail oriented with commercial awareness of business requirements

路 A strong grasp of written English

路 Excellent proof-reading skills

路 Computer literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
