We are currently looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer (Ideally 2 - 8 Years PQE or equivilent experince in Commercial Property) to support the existing workload of a busy team and to help to support the expansion of the team and development of the commercial law practice.

Whilst the role will report into the Head of Department/Senior Commercial Property Lawyers in the team you will be provided with appropriate supervision depending on seniority and experience, there is an expectation that you will be able to work independently on some matters.

The ideal candidate would have experience of the following:

- Purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold property

- Acting for landlords and tenants on the grant and renewal of leases

- Acting for tenants in connection with Licences to Assign, Licence for Alternations, Break Notices and Notices under S25-S27 Landlord and Tenant Act 1954

- Handling client enquiries (face to face, telephone and email)

- Experience of corporate support providing property advice on acquisitions and sales of businesses (desirable)
