Commercial Solicitor NQ-2 PQE - Kent based but just one day per week in the office
Niche modern commercial law firm specialising in the tech industry is currently looking to recruit a junior level commercial solicitor into their busy commercial team.
This firm have broken the mould in terms of law firms and are more of a hybrid between in-house and private practice. They offer top quality work and clients, alongside heaps of flexibility including hybrid working with just one day per week in the office based in Kent.
This role is to join their busy and highly successful commercial team who act as legal counsel to a range of technology firms. They provide advice on a variety of commercial contracts including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and also advise on IP and IT matters and data protection matters too.
This is a junior level position and therefore it is anticipated that you will have up to 2 years PQE. A qualified Solicitor or Legal executive is required and you will have a solid foundation in handling commercial contracts. Applications are welcome from NQ Solicitors or those coming up to qualification but you must have completed a training seat in commercial. Â
