Overview:We are seeking an ambitious Company Commercial Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a growing firm in Maidstone. This role presents an opportunity to work with and build upon an established client base that spans small businesses to large multinational companies. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in business development and team building, ready to make a significant contribution to the firm’s continued growth.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 3 years' PQE in company commercial law, with experience handling a variety of corporate and commercial matters
- Track record in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
- Experience advising clients from diverse sectors, from SMEs to large corporations
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on client service
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead projects effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive approach to client development
