The Role: Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ PQE)

The role involves handling a diverse caseload across all aspects of Family Law, including divorce, financial arrangements, children matters, domestic abuse injunctions, TOLATA claims, and prenuptial agreements. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including separation, divorce, and children issues.
  • Advise on financial arrangements, cohabitation agreements, and prenuptial agreements.
  • Handle domestic abuse injunctions and TOLATA claims.
  • Draft and review legal documentation with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional client care and ensure compliance with the firm's risk management procedures.
  • Contribute to team mentoring, departmental marketing, and business development efforts.
