We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor/Solicitor specialising in Residential Property to join our highly reputable client based in Maidstone.As a Legal Advisor/Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all matters related to residential property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds
  • Conducting due diligence on properties and ensuring all legal requirements are met
  • Representing clients in negotiations and settlements
  • Providing legal support and guidance to other team members
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in property laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and qualified as a Solicitor
  • Proven experience working as a Legal Advisor/Solicitor in Residential Property
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
