Are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking for a challenge in Kent? Then this could be the ideal role for you.My client based in stunning rural Offices is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their innovative team and deliver comprehensive services to business clients. You will be required to have a minimum of 3 years’  PQE in Litigation matters and be able to offer expertise in dispute resolution, contract disputes, debt recovery, and compliance advice.
  • Full management of a complex and varied Commercial and Civil Litigation caseload
  • Delivering expertise advice to clients and third parties 
  • Issue court proceedings
  • Deal with disclosure and drafting witness statements.
  • Instruct Counsel to attend the trial
  • Prepare trial bundles and all the documentation required by the court
  • Pre- and post-trial duties 
  • Advising on Civil litigation & dispute resolution matters where applicable
  • Management of Paralegals and Support Staff
