Part-Time Locum Property Litigation Solicitor - Kent Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking for flexibility in your career? My client, based in Kent, is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their team on a part-time, locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while enjoying a more flexible working arrangement.The Role: As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload, including housing and leasehold management, property litigation, injunctions, possession claims, disrepair cases, service charge disputes, and matters before the FTT. You’ll also support partners on complex cases, work directly with clients, and contribute to developing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a broad range of property litigation matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.
  • Independently manage your own caseload and assist partners on more complex cases.
  • Engage with clients directly and help grow relationships through client-focused service.
  • Support business development and marketing efforts by presenting training to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years PQE in property litigation, housing, or leasehold management.
  • Proven experience managing your own files and caseload.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
