The firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a strong background in handling a range of conveyancing transactions. They welcome applications from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, licensed conveyancers, ideal candidates will bring significant experience in managing caseloads and a genuine commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload, including leasehold, freehold, new build, remortgage, and lease extension transactions.
  • Handle complex matters, provide report checking for other team members, and respond to technical queries.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive and professional client experience.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the team to maintain high standards.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and uphold the firm's commitment to accessible, quality service.

Working Options: This role offers flexible and remote work arrangements, with only occasional in-office presence required, typically every 4-6 weeks. Part-time options are also available, with flexible scheduling across four days per week.

Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary is offered and bonus linked to billing targets with negotiable terms based on experience. This permanent role provides a Monday to Friday schedule, 9 am to 5 pm for full-time employees, with flexibility for remote working and a commitment to work-life balance.
