We are currently partnering with a Local Authority, who are recruiting for a Senior Planning Lawyer to assist the Commercial Team. You will be needed on a two-month temporary basis working on an exciting high profile S106 project.

This is available as a full-time position and is fully remote, with a negotiable rate. It is also looking to start ASAP.

The successful candidate must be a Qualification as Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX, as well as, experience handling high profile cases within a Local Authority.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working to complete the project to tight deadlines, working alongside the Team leader
  • Completing one S106 agreement that is part of a large project that needs to be completed by of May
  • Being involved in a range of Planning areas such as: waste, public house, greener spaces, energy, as well as, national planning and policy

Working hours:

  • Full time (34 hours a week)
  • Monday to Friday (offering compressed hours)
