Premier Recruitment Group is thrilled to partner with a prestigious law firm in Maidstone, recruiting a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with property experience, ideally within commercial property, though those with a background in residential property or estate agency are also encouraged to apply.

Key Duties:

  • Providing comprehensive support to Commercial Property Fee Earners
  • Diary management, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and preparing documents
  • Maintaining professional communication with clients, solicitors, and estate agents, both in writing and over the phone
  • Preparing, formatting, and editing legal documents using audio and digital dictation
  • Organising and maintaining both electronic and physical files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Assisting with billing and managing expenses where necessary
  • Handling incoming correspondence and monitoring deadlines
