Legal Secretary - Commercial Property | Top 100 Law Firm TSR Legal are working with a Law firm in Kent who are seeking a Legal Secretary to work within their commercial department. The firm require an enthusiastic property secretary who's able to work within a team whilst providing support to the commercial Partner. The Commercial Property team acts for landlords and tenants in the approval of commercial leases for offices, shops, restaurants, pubs and other commercial settings. The Real Estate team, based in Kent and serving clients nationally, is one of the largest and most experienced in the region. The team provides commercial advice and a London-style service aimed at helping clients achieve their goals swiftly and cost-effectively. An emphasis is placed on understanding clients' commercial strategies and tailoring services accordingly. The team acts for a diverse range of clients, including businesses, individuals, house builders, developers, pension funds, retailers, restaurateurs, charities, lenders, local authorities, and other public sector organisations. The ideal candidate:

  • Experience in commercial property, applications are encouraged from those with residential conveyancing experience
  • Accurate typing with a good sense of layout and presentation of letters and documentation
  • Good knowledge of freehold and leasehold property
  • Good telephone manner
  • The ability to deal with clients
  • Great communication skills
