We have an exciting opening for an experienced and team-oriented Legal Secretary / Assistant to join this successful and dynamic Family Law department. Working in a team of 3 Legal Secretaries you will provide administrative support to the team on a wide array and complexity of mid-high level cases, including RSPCA matters.Day to Day will include:
  • Handling Client Enquiries
  • Diary management, including arranging of appointments
  • Document Preparation
  • Filing, scanning and archiving of case files and correspondence
  • Audio Dictation and Typing
  • AML duties
  • Assisting with cover in the team for secretary absences.
About You:
  • You’ll bring solid experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally with a background in Family Law (Private Client experience is also welcomed).
  • You will thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside other secretaries to ensure efficient management of workloads across the team.
  • Professional and confident phone manner,
  • Adept multitasker with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Proficient with various IT systems.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic office environment.
