Role
Working as part of the management team the successful candidate will focus on the
following key responsibilities:
- Staff management (Mentoring, motivating and supporting the team).
- Hands on Operations management.
- Profit & Loss responsibility.
- Problem solving where required.
- Identifying areas to improve the efficiency of the business.
- Key Account Management.
- Business development (existing clients & new opportunities).
- Generating & Calculating quotations.
- Compliance management.
- Facilities management.
- Attending the weekly operations / sales / management meetings.
Experience / skills required
路 10+ Years Customs Clearance Experience.
路 Man Management experience.
路 Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
路 Good organisational skills.
路 Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
Character and personal attributes
路 Confident communicator. (Written and verbal)
路 A positive and engaging personality.
路 Can do sales / customer service orientation.
路 Strong work ethic.
路 Good attention to detail.
路 Calm under pressure.
