Role: Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Maidstone office based

Hours: 35 hours per week Mon-Fri

Salary: Up to 80,000 DOE + benefits

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Brand Marketer to join a client's growing business. Leading a team of 4 within Sales and Marketing.

With a focus on delivering effective, ethical, and results-driven solutions, they specialise in assisting businesses within the financial services sector. The business is committed to maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service.

As Head of Sales & Marketing you will be responsible for driving the Group's sales and marketing strategy, aligning both functions to increase revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. This role combines the responsibilities of both the sales and marketing departments to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
